Thermal fatigue is leading to the vast majority of casting molds shorten the life or failure of the main reasons. In order to prevent or delay the emergence of thermal fatigue, and make the mold to play better performance, BOHLER specially developed the best W400VMR.
W400VMR been tested to achieve toughness as 15ft-1bs, NADCA (20797) standard is 8ft-1bs. W400VMR has reached more than twice the standard.
