● Mechanical Properties:
Hardness: Delivery hardness :( other processing methods) ≤285HB; (annealing) ≤269HB. Sample heat treatment and quenching hardness: ≥66HRC
● Heat treatment and microstructure specifications:
Heat treatment specifications: quenching, 730 ~ 840 ℃ preheating, 1170 ~ 1190 ℃ (salt bath) or 1180 ~ 1200 ℃ (box furnace) heating, oil cooler, 530 ~ 550 ℃ tempering three times, each time 2h.
