Production bearing rings and rolling with a high carbon chromium stainless steel.
● Chemical Composition:
Carbon C: 0.95 ~ 1.10
Si Si: ≤0.80
Manganese Mn: ≤0.80
Sulfur S: ≤0.030
Phosphorus P: ≤0.035
Chromium Cr: 16.00 ~ 18.00
Ni: to allow contains ≤0.60
Mo Mo: 0.40 ~ 0.70
● Mechanical Properties:
Hardness: annealing, ≤269HB; quenching and tempering, ≥55HV
● Heat treatment and microstructure specifications:
Heat treatment specifications: 1) annealing, 800 ~ 900 ℃ slow cooling; 2) quenching, 1000 ~ 1050 ℃ oil cooling; 3) tempering, 200 ~ 300 ℃ air-cooled.
Microstructure: Organizing for the martensite type.
