For the manufacture of stainless steel slicing, mechanical cutting tools and cutting tools, surgical blades, high wear equipment parts.
● Chemical Composition:
Carbon C: 0.85 ~ 0.95
Si Si: ≤0.80
Manganese Mn: ≤0.80
Sulfur S: ≤0.030
Phosphorus P: ≤0.035
Chromium Cr: 17.00 ~ 19.00
Ni: to allow contains ≤0.60
Vanadium V: 0.07 ~ 0.12
Mo Mo: 1.00 ~ 1.30
● Mechanical Properties:
Hardness: annealing, ≤269HB; quenching and tempering, ≥55HV
● Heat treatment and microstructure specifications:
Heat treatment specifications: 1) annealing, 800 ~ 920 ℃ slow cooling; 2) quenching, 1050 ~ 1075 ℃ oil cooling; 3) tempering, 100 ~ 200 ℃ air cooling.
Microstructure: Organizing for the martensite type.
