● Features and Scope:
Hot work die steel, is the introduction of the United States of H10 steel, and good hardenability, toughness and high temperature hardness. 3Cr2W8V can replace steel production and other heat dies, forging dies, hot rolling plastic mold and die and so on.
● Chemical Composition:
Carbon C: 0.35 ~ 0.45
Si Si: 0.80 ~ 1.20
Mn Mn: 0.25 ~ 0.70
Sulfur S: ≤0.030
Phosphorus P: ≤0.030
Chromium Cr: 3.00 ~ 3.75
Ni: to allow the residual content ≤0.25
Cu: to allow the residual content ≤0.30
Vanadium V: 0.25 ~ 0.75
Mo Mo: 2.00 ~ 3.00
● Mechanical Properties:
Hardness: annealing, ≤229HB, indentation diameter ≥4.0mm
● Heat treatment and microstructure specifications:
Heat treatment specifications: quenching, 790 ± 15 ℃ preheating, 1010 ± 6 ℃ (bath) or 1020 ± 6 ℃ (oven controlled atmosphere) heating, insulation 5 ~ 15min, air-cooled, 550 ℃ tempering.
● Delivery status: Delivery of steel in the annealed condition.
