● Features and Scope:

To add manganese silicon bronze, strength, flexibility and high abrasion resistance, good plasticity, does not become brittle at low temperatures; can be good with the bronze, steel and other alloy welding, brazing especially good; in the atmosphere, freshwater and seawater high corrosion resistance, the effect of sodium hydroxide on the stability and chloride; can be cold, hot pressure processing, can not be heat strengthened, often used in annealing and hardening under the state where a high yield strength and flexibility.

● Heat treatment: thermal processing temperature of 800 ~ 850 ℃; annealing temperature of 700 ~ 750 ℃; quenching temperature of 800 ℃ water cooling; tempering temperature of 410 ~ 475 ℃
