Factory state: soft melted down to 225HB (highest)
Steel Characteristics: acid resistance of high chromium stainless steel, hardened mold after a very wearable, excellent cutting and polishing performance.
Uses: Suitable for all acidity of plastic molds, such as PVC products, manufacture of transparent plastic mold, such as optical products.
Forged: 1050 ℃ to 850 ℃ began forging melted slowly cooled.
Annealing: 800-850 ℃ 600 ℃ heat after the furnace cooling air cooling, hardness up to 225HB.
Stress relief: with 650 ℃ to protect the furnace hot gases through the heat for 1-2 hours.
Quenching: 1000-1050 ℃ after quenching oil or air-cooled heat and cool to 50-70 ℃ immediate tempering. (Hardness up 55-57HRC)
Tempering: Immediately after quenching and tempering 200-250 ℃ into the furnace, tempering time at least 2-2.5 hours.
