Factory Status: Pre-hardened to 1000-1100N / mm2 (31-35HRC)
Steel properties: After the heat treatment of the steel 31-35HRC, processing and polishing is easy, the composition of 16% Cr steel with excellent corrosion resistance, especially for PVC products, but see the effect, and easily reached a mirror finish.
Uses: Suitable for all chemicals contact the plastic mold, transparent plastic products, mold or erosion of articles.
Forged: 1050 ℃ to 850 ℃ began forging furnace melted down and slow cooling.
Annealing: 800-850 ℃ air or furnace cooling to 600 ℃, hardness up to 285HB.
Quenching: cooling from 1000-1050 ℃ oil or air.
Tempering: 600-700 ℃ or 170-210 ℃. Need to be tempered immediately after hardening, the time at least 2 to 2.5 hours.
Welding: welding but can be avoided if possible.
