● Features and Scope:
For steel imported from Germany, the equivalent of China's 20CrMn steel is hardened steel class, but also for quenched and tempered steels. Good hardenability, heat deformation small, good low-temperature toughness, good cutting performance, but poor weldability. Can be used for carburizing parts and sections larger, higher load quenched parts, such as gears, shafts, worm, sleeve friction wheel.

● Heat treatment and microstructure specifications:
Heat treatment specifications: 900 ℃ oil quenching + 870 ℃ oil quenching, 200 ℃ tempering.
Microstructure: tempered martensite.
