● Features and Scope:
After the heat treatment and 60CrMnA have the same mechanical properties of steel and tempered high stability, good hardenability. Mainly used in the manufacture of vehicles, heavy load on the tractor industry, stress is large leaf springs and larger diameter (up to 100mm) of the coil spring.

Carbon C: 0.56 ~ 0.64
Si Si: 0.17 ~ 0.37
Mn Mn: 0.70 ~ 1.00
Sulfur S: ≤0.030
Phosphorus P: ≤0.030
Chromium Cr: 0.70 ~ 0.90
Ni Ni: ≤0.35
Copper Cu: ≤0.25
Mo Mo: 0.25 ~ 0.35

Hardness: hot + heat, ≤321HB; Cold Drawn + heat, ≤321HB
