● Features and Scope:
Hot work die steel is nickel-free hammer forging die steel, performance and 5CrNiMo steel closer. Suitable for the production of medium-sized side ≤400mm forging die.
● Chemical Composition:
Carbon C: 0.50 ~ 0.60
Si Si: 0.25 ~ 0.60
Mn Mn: 1.20 ~ 1.60
Sulfur S: ≤0.030
Phosphorus P: ≤0.030
Chromium Cr: 0.60 ~ 0.90
Ni: to allow the residual content ≤0.25
Cu: to allow the residual content ≤0.30
Mo Mo: 0.15 ~ 0.30
● Mechanical Properties:
Hardness: annealing, 241 ~ 197HB, indentation diameter 3.9 ~ 4.3mm
● Heat treatment and microstructure specifications:
Heat treatment specifications: quenching, 820 ~ 850 ℃ oil cooling.
● Delivery status: Delivery of steel in the annealed condition. |
